Beta-Caryophyllen ist ein pflanzliches Sesquiterpen, das natürlicherweise unter anderem in schwarzem Pfeffer, Gewürznelken und Rosmarin vorkommt.
In Harmonie stammen 200 mg Beta-Caryophyllen aus Rephyll®, einem Markenrohstoff aus schwarzem Pfeffer mit spezieller Trägertechnologie.
L-Theanin
Die stille Kraft
L-Theanin ist eine Aminosäure, die besonders aus den Blättern der Teepflanze Camellia sinensis bekannt ist. Harmonie enthält 140 mg L-Theanin pro Tagesportion.
Safran

Warum spielen Regulation und das Endocannabinoidom bei der Produktidee eine Rolle?

Super bei Stress und auch für "Sportwehwehchen"
Habe angefangen es wegen Stress auf der Arbeit zu nehmen. hat diesbezüglich auch gut geholfen. Hilft aber auch super nach dem Sport bzgl. Regeneration und bei kleinen "Trainingswehwehchen" wie Zerrungen usw. Leider recht teuer - aber mir ist es das wert.

Schon viel probiert. Das hier scheint echt zu wirken.
Ich habe echt schon viel getestet in den letzten Jahren. Sowohl Medikamelnte als auch Kräuter. Eifelsan Harmonie hat mir eine innere Ruhe gegeben, die ich schon lange nicht mehr so hatte. Ich nehme seit 2 Monaten morgens und abends eine Kapsel und mir geht es gut damit. Tagsüber bin ich gelassener und entspannter und nachts träume ich sogar wieder.
